Return Process

  Log into your DoubleCrazy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
